Tata Curvv EV Design Story (Exterior and Interiors)
The first thing to catch the eye on the side profile would be the flush-fitting door handles, which provide a very premium look to the EV. From the back, the car gives a very sleek look with the inverted L-shaped LED tail lights, and the sloping roof justifies the coupe styling. There’s also a gesture-controlled motorised tailgate.
The Tata Curvv EV will be available in a total of five monotone shades: Pristine White, Flame Red, Empowered Oxide, Pure Grey, and Virtual Sunrise. Inside, the first thing that impresses the eye is definitely the expansive panoramic sunroof. Moving to the dashboard, we have a digital instrument cluster, 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, and Customizable mood lights.
The interior aesthetics are pretty much alike the Nexon EV, so there are not a lot of efforts put on that end. There’s automatic climate control, a wireless phone charger, a 9-speaker JBL sound system, 6-way powered driver seat and ventilated front seats. Arcade.ev will allow streaming OTT platforms, and play games on the touchscreen.

The Tata Curvv EV is built on the Acti.ev architecture platform. The reinforced body structure makes it BNCAP 5-star capable. The Curvv EV comes with 2 battery pack options- 55 kWh (8% higher density), and 45 kWh. The ARAl claimed ranges for the two are- 585 kms for the 55 kWh variant, and 502 kms for the 45 kWh variant. An impressive acceleration of 8.6 seconds (0-100 kmph) can be experienced, with the vehicle claiming a top speed of 160 kmph. A 10-80% charge will be possible in just under 40 minutes (DC Fast Charger). The vehicle can be charged up to 150 kms in just 15 minutes.
With dual-tone alloys, the tata Curvv EV comes equipped with 18-inch aerodynamically designed alloy wheels. The aero-curtains are one more aspect providing superior aerodynamics to the vehicle. With a powertrain undertray, the Curv EV provides a ground clearance of 190 mm, and a water wading capacity of 450 mm. Tata claims that the Curvv comes equipped with superior off-roading characteristics. Something unique in terms of safety would be the Acoustic Vehicle Alert System (AVAS), to ensure pedestrian safety.
Tata Curvv EV Price
The Tata Curvv EV introductory price starts at just Rs. 17.49 Lakh and goes up to R.21.99 Lakh. The EV is competitively priced and justifies the price.
